1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mariesplush website (www.mariesplush.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.

3 Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted only through our website. We do not accept orders via direct messages, WhatsApp, or email.
• Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We accept secure bank transfer and card payments via Paystack.
• You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your payment is verified — no screenshot is required.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4 Delivery

• Lagos: 1–2 business days; Outside Lagos: 3–5 business days.
• Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
• Mariesplush is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public holidays, severe weather, industrial action).
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for confirmed website orders only. Pickup must be completed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and restocked.

6 Returns & Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, you must notify us with evidence within 24 hours of receiving your goods. This evidence should clearly demonstrate the issue.

Please note that we do not cover the logistics fee for any returns. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

7 Limitation of Liability

Mariesplush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
